Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing (TH) is a program designed to provide short-term housing and supportive services to people experiencing homelessness to facilitate movement to independent living.  TH strategic uses within a community’s homelessness response system. Short-term housing with supportive services can be beneficial for some populations including but not limited to domestic violence survivors, youth, and individuals with substance use disorders.
